  • Evidence of annual earnings equal to 30 times the monthly rent.
  • Administration/referencing fee should be paid in cash or cleared funds, this amount will vary according to the number of applicants
  • A dilapidations deposit equivalent to one months rent will also be required in Cleared funds/ cash.
  • It is important that all adverse credit/CCJ’s are declared.
  • A previous landlord reference (if appropriate) will be sought.
  • If your income is not sufficient to meet the above criteria then, in some instances, landlords may accept a tenant with a Guarantor who must be named and be able to pass all the same credit referencing.
  • After successful referencing the first months rent will be due by bankers draft or cash on the move in date or by cheque 10 days in advance of the move in date
